Who can Join? - Anyone in 4th - 8th Grade for Spring Session. For summer session it can be entering 4th - 12th Grade. NEW!!
We are open to younger athletes on the squad, but we need a dedicated coach for this group. Contact us if you know one. No experience necessary for this age group.
Once you sign up, be sure to add the Team Snap app to your phone. This is our primary way of communication.
How much does it cost to join? Each session is $175 per athlete plus a uniform that you'll order through an outside vendor. We do have discounts for families that have more than one athlete on the team.
We highly encourage athletes to participate in as many meets as possible. Once we have a firm meet schedule please come back to this page to register for the organizations that host these meets. Some meets will not be associated with USATF or AAU and will just ask for a fee to participate in that particular meet. USATF is $20.00 and AAU is $14.00.

Gear and Uniforms
Athletes should come dressed appropriately for the weather. There is no practice uniform.
Athletes should have good running shoes (not basketball shoes etc). It is highly recommended that you go to a specialty running store and get fitted for a shoe.
All athletes must purchase a competition uniform. When you register you will pay for your uniform and select your sizes.
We ask that all parents take on some activities to help with the club. From end of year events, help with practices, serving on the Club Board or even coaching. If you are interested in coaching, you do not need a background in the sport. We will set you up for success to get started as a coach.
We encourage athletes to participate in scheduled meets, but we do not make them mandatory.
There will be a variety of meets to include All-Comer Meets, Invitationals, Dual Meets and USATF / AAU championships.
The Championship season will be in early June. In most cases, only those participating in the Spring Session will be able to enter those meets. All AAU and USATF meets require a membership with those organizations. Details will be provided for those participating.
Meet registration will be passed out to parents a week prior to meets. Each meet has a slightly different registration, as well as payment process.
